When he came home from hospital for the last time,
he had one goal… one thing left to do.
He wanted to go to church.
I didn’t even know if he would be able to speak.
He wanted to say thankyou… both specifically to his congregation,
but also to them representing all of us…
and he wanted to do it in front of God
by way of saying
Thanks for this life.
